I am entering this into the bloggers quilt festival for the Modern quilts! I’m super excited about this quilt and my individual take on this super popular pattern.
Ok. I accidentally took 75 pictures of this quilt in my driveway, and Instagram might hate me if I posted them all. So I’m dumping them here! I used 1 half yard bundle, plus 3 full yard cuts of turquoise, magenta, and lime green for my larger blocks. V and Co Ombre is my jam right now, and the more I use them, the more I want to continue to cut them up and let them work their magic. Aren’t they stunning?
This quilt is an adventure to piece and it’s far from perfect. But every block taught me something new, and this fabric got my brain working in ways this mama didn’t know it did anymore! Its so fun to play with placement, the individual solids, and the ombre effect. I can’t wait to get this one quilted!! Buy some of this fabric and have fun with it!!

Haley, this quilt is so beyond beautiful I can hardly stop looking at it. I mean seriously. I’ve been seeing some of the other Building Blocks quilts on IG and none compare to yours! It is incredible. GOOD JOB!!!!
